Sex Education 101: Studies show that 80% of women fake orgasms during vaginal intercourse half the time while 25% of women fake orgasms 90% of the time. I guess that tends to happen when you have the blind leading the blind because most women still haven’t taken the time out to learn their vaginas or how to make it do the magical stuff. Some would argue that it’s a lot harder for women to cum than it is for men, which is why everyone is having such a “hard” time. That’s true – when you don’t know what you’re doing! I’m pretty sure they’re the same ones who still think women have “G-spots.” If you search “G-Spot” on Google, you’ll see that most of the articles are about women but from Askmen.com. Who in the hell is out here asking MEN how WOMEN’S bodies work?! Most of them are still trying to find the clitoris and now you’re asking them for direction on how to make a woman orgasm? Where’s the logic? Ladies, it’s time to do our own research, with our own bodies, then pass what we’ve learned to our male counterparts. We can start with Camille Noe Pagan’s piece on Huffington Post entitled, “8 Fascinating Things All Women Should Know About Orgasms” but after this, you’re on your own.

According to Camille’s post, here’s what women should know about orgasms:

1. Steady partners > One-night stands simply because it’s easier to relax and be honest about your needs with someone you’re already comfortable with.

2. “All my girls do Yoga, ayeee.” Maybe Rae Sremmurd always knew yoga was the key to a better sex life. Strengthening your pelvic and abdominal muscles improves your ability to climax.

3. There is no G-Spot because your clitoris is the epicenter for orgasms.

4. While you’re screaming “harder,” he should scream “louder.” Making more noise leads to an orgasm because the both of you will become more aroused.

5. Get your head in the game! Negative thoughts will only lead to you not having an orgasm.

6. It might help if he’s attractive and/or masculine.

7. “You can’t give it to them dry like that, you gotta get that shit wet first.” I guess Nicki Minaj’s introduction on Itty Bitty Piggy can apply in the bedroom as well. Skipping foreplay will have you skipping your orgasm too!

8. Maybe faking it is a good thing. Faking it puts you in the mindset that you’re enjoying yourself, which in turn can help you reach an orgasm (refer back to #5).

What are some things that you think everyone should know about a woman achieving an orgasm?
